I’m currently VP Experience Design at OCBC Bank, a leading Singaporean bank.
DesignfulCo. was started with my hopeful question in mind:
“What if everyone in a company had a pinch of designfulness?”
Working in financial services in the field of Customer Experience, I observed the value ‘design’ can bring in delivering a superior customer experience. Not only that. Design can tremendously improve the way people work and solve a problem in an organization. If design is such a powerful tool, how can we embed it in every corner of a company?
This blog aims to explore the value of design in financial services and empower designers to solve business problems. Given my working experience in world’s leading banks, my focus will be on design in financial services, but I would love to be share my inspiration from every day experiences and design-obssessed friends from other industries.
